SunDate App Privacy Policy
Dear users, welcome to the privacy policy of SunDate World. The entire SunDate
team, the SunDate family, thank you for your time and for taking the time to read
this document.
We trust you with our product and give you freedom of action, and you trust us with
your information, your personal data, and we will tell you how and why we use
personal information, where we store it and how we protect it. Everything you do
and every step we take together is aimed at developing the world of SunDate. To
ensure confidentiality, we use the knowledge of specialists in cyber security,
GDPR and CCPA.
Our language is simple and concise, which means that any user without technical
and special knowledge will be able to understand the whole essence of this Privacy
Policy.
This SunDate App Privacy Policy, its first version, is effective as of today, and
therefore we announce August 13, 2025 as the effective date.
Let this day be marked by the beginning of a new era of live videos, and most
importantly, the beginning of a new era in your life, an era of new pleasant
impressions and real emotions from real people. The era of the real "you".
For users in the United States and, in particular, from the State of California, we
will describe the nuances of the Privacy Policy in separate paragraphs.
1. Who is the SunDate family
So far, we are a small international team. Our main team is from Ukraine, a country
of golden fields and talented people. Our company, lawyers and part of the
technical team are from the United States of America, the land of freedom and
opportunity, inventors and discoverers.
In working with personal information, we primarily use the norms and requirements
in accordance with the European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and
the American CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), as well as the principles
of common sense.
We do not have many companies and servers that would be responsible for your
personal information, but we do have our small team of talented specialists who
make every effort every day to ensure that your personal information is protected
and we use the most secure servers. In general, our main and so far only company
is responsible for the protection and confidentiality of your information:

SunDate Inc.

United States of America
We primarily treat your information as our own. And we would like maximum
protection and confidentiality for our information, so we do the same in relation to
you.
2. Scope of SunDate's Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all SunDate Inc. products and services, unless any
of the services has its own privacy policy, in which case its own policy shall prevail.
At the moment, the SunDate family includes the https://sundate.app website and
the SunDate mobile application, hosted on two main platforms: the AppStore and
Google Play.
As new services and mobile applications appear, we will notify you. All of our
products will be referred to as "Apps" or "Services".
3. The information cycle in the world of SunDate
Sharing information in the digital world is like verbal communication in the standard
world. In the world of SunDate, you and I also communicate through the
communication medium. You provide us with information about yourself so that
we can process it and make your stay in the world of SunDate as efficient and
enjoyable as possible. We also help other users see you through the information
you provide, and show you other users based on your preferences. Everything is
interconnected, and our main goal is to help users find these connections.
While in the world of SunDate, you can share the following information about
yourself with us:
- IOS (Apple ID) or Android (Google ID) account data, or email address for profile
registration. When you sign up or sign in with your Apple ID, you authorize Apple
to disclose your Apple credentials, your name, and your email address (you can
hide your email address, and then Apple will create a random email address while
keeping your email address private). This email address will be linked to your
SunDate account and will be used to recover it. This personal information will be
used to create your account in SunDate world. If you remove the SunDate app
from your Apple ID settings, we will lose access to this data. However, we will
retain the personal data that you provided to us when you registered your SunDate
SunDate Inc.

account with your Apple ID (you must delete your SunDate account completely to
deny us access to this data).
- your first name, last name, date of birth, occupation, religion and gender to create
a profile, and some preference data, such as gender and age, religion and
occupation of the people you are interested in.
- information about your future movements and travels.
- Information about your interests and preferences.
- In order for your profile to become visible to other users, you will need to add at
least one video. This is how you give us access to your camera and microphone.
You also give us permission to process your geolocation information. Also, you
need to add one photo as your profile picture.
- In order to fully enjoy the features of our service, our new social network, you
give us all the information we request voluntarily and with pleasure.
- Also in our service, in addition to the main functions of the social network and
feeds with your live videos, as well as a map with tags, it may have other built-in
functions for finding friends and new acquaintances, namely, five search modes,
and one of the modes includes two sub-modes, which will make your search as
effective as possible, you will need to fill in certain information about yourself and
your preferences in each of the search modes: 1. Local mode: you specify your
preferences by gender, age and search distance. 2. World mode: indicate
preferences by gender, age, search territory, religion, type and field of activity of a
person. 3. Travel Mode: consists of two sub-modes, "Departure" and "Arrival". In
the "Departure" section, you indicate where you are going to go, the destination,
the date of the trip and the duration of the trip, and your preferences for the gender
and age of other users and their status (locals, travelers, or all). In the "Arrival" you
simply indicate your gender and age according to your preference. 4. Game Mode:
Indicate your preferences by gender and age, and share information that you are
online. 5. Map mode: specify information about whose marks you want to see by
gender, age, as well as how long you want your mark to exist in time. By providing
any information about yourself and your preferences, you consent to the
processing of this information.
- When you create a meeting card, we receive information from you about where,
when and at what time you are going to go to a meeting with a particular user, as
well as who pays. Remember that the meeting card is primarily your safety when
communicating offline with other users.
- When you create live videos, videos made from our app, and publish them to one
of the feeds for public viewing and commenting, you give us the information
provided in the description of the video.
SunDate Inc.
8 The Green, STE A, Dover, Kent, DE 19901, Delaware, USA
- When participating in our promotions, surveys, contests, you provide us with your
information, and we collect and process it to improve the operation of our services.
- When communicating with us and our support center, we store and record all our
communication, audio, video or text messages, in order to make our
communication more effective and the service more functional.
- we process all photo and video content that you create, including videos in your
profile or when creating a tag in the search mode "MAPA mode", and videos in
feed modes, the so-called "video LIFEES" in "video LIFEES" or "LIFEES guide"
modes.
- we process the comments you create and may block and delete them if they
violate the SUNDATE community guidelines.
If you post content that does not comply with our SunDate Terms of Service,
we will have the right to restrict or block access to your account.
We have also created a quick report button so that you or other users can
quickly report inappropriate content, inappropriate comments or a user who
violates the SUNDATE World Community Guidelines.
You or any other user can also block or then unblock any other user if you
deem it necessary for your safety or peace of mind.
We may also receive information about you from third parties, such as:
- Other platforms or social networks that you link to our services may share some
information about you with us.
- Other users may share and transfer information about you to us if we are
contacted.
- or our advertising and other partners may share information about you with us.
When you use our services, you also share the following information with
us:
- We collect and analyze information about how you use our Services, when you
visit, how long you use, what pages you are on, what search modes you use, who
you communicate with, and other user information, i.e. what and when you click
and watch. All this information helps us to improve our services and your stay in
the world of SunDate.
- Also, technical information about what device you use to use our services, what
Internet connection, data from your device, GPS and other indicators such as time,
date, time zone, or any other sensors of your device, as well as software and
SunDate Inc.

hardware, and other data that characterize your Internet connection and device
will not be hidden from our attention.
- all other information related to your device and use of our services. You also give
permission for the processing of your geolocation, i.e. the determination of your
location (longitude, latitude using GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-fi). If you have given us your
permission, we will be able to collect your location information in the background,
that is, regardless of whether you use our service or not. Also, with your consent,
we may collect information about your content that you upload through our
services.
If you are a California resident, we are pleased to inform you that all information
we collect about you falls into the following categories of "personal information" as

4. SunDate World Technologies for Information Collection
Unlike our functionality for users, where we have a lot of original innovations, in
terms of information collection technologies, we will not surprise you with anything.
Like all similar services, we use cookies and other technologies to recognize you
as a user and for other identifications. You can read more about cookies in our
SunDate Cookie Policy.
Taking into account the fact that all our services are mobile applications, we will
not talk much about the DNT technology - the function of blocking the collection of
information through a web browser. Let's just say that our services may not yet
respond to DNT signals, like other similar products and companies.
5. How the SunDate world uses information
