CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS (CSAE)

TrooDee | SunDate Inc.

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This document sets out the Child Safety and Age-Appropriate Experiences (CSAE) standards for the TrooDee mobile application, developed and operated by SunDate Inc. (registered in Delaware, USA). TrooDee is an application of the Lifees ecosystem, which is a video marketplace and social network for finding tasks, performers, and like-minded people.

TrooDee is exclusively for persons who have reached the age of 18. We do not allow minors to register, use, or be present on the platform under any circumstances. These standards describe the specific technical and organizational measures that SunDate Inc. implements to prevent the exploitation of children and inappropriate sexual content (CSAM) on the platform.

2. DEFINITIONS

• CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) – sexual abuse and exploitation of children, including the creation, distribution, storage and viewing of sexual material involving persons under 18 years of age.

• CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) – child sexual abuse material, including images, videos, audio, graphics and any other content that directly or indirectly depicts sexual abuse of minors.

• UGC (User Generated Content) is any content (videos, images, text descriptions, comments, profile data) created by users of the platform.

• NCMEC – National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, to which companies are required to report CSAM under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

• Moderation – the process of reviewing content for compliance with these standards and the TrooDee Terms of Service.

3. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR CSAE

SunDate Inc. has a zero-tolerance policy for any material or activity involving the sexual exploitation of children. The following content is unconditionally prohibited on the TrooDee platform:

• Any sexual content involving persons under the age of 18 (CSAM) – including videos, images, text descriptions, animations, avatars.

• Content depicting the sexualization of minors, even without explicit erotica (including "suggestive" content).

• Messages, comments, job descriptions, or any other material aimed at grooming, recruiting, or sexualizing anyone under the age of 18.

• Any attempts to use the features of the platform (MapaJob, LifeesJob, LifeesLife, LifeesLink) to establish contact with minors for the purpose of their sexual exploitation.

• Content that distributes, advertises, or links to CSAE materials on external resources.

4. AGE RESTRICTIONS AND VERIFICATION

4.1. TrooDee only allows persons who have reached the age of 18 to register. When registering, the user is obliged to confirm his age by agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which contain an explicit age limit of 18+.

4.2. At the current stage, TrooDee uses the following age verification measures:

• Declarative age confirmation at registration.

• Manual profile verification when there are complaints from other users or when there are signs of underage in content or behavior.

• Immediate blocking of the account in case of a confirmed violation of the age limit.

4.3. As the platform develops, SunDate Inc. plans to implement additional technical age verification measures in accordance with applicable law (including the requirements of the Digital Services Act and KOSA), including verification through third-party providers or documentary evidence.

5. CONTENT MODERATION

5.1. Preventive moderation

To prevent CSAE content from appearing on the platform, the following measures are in place:

• Requiring the user to accept Terms of Service that explicitly prohibit CSAE content before accessing publishing features.

• Limitation of functions (publication of video tags in MapaJob, videos in LifeesJob, LifeesLife feeds) for accounts that have not completed registration.

• Visibility of the published content only for registered and verified users 18+.

5.2. Post-factum moderation

The current post-factum moderation system includes:

• Manual moderation by the TrooDee team: checking user complaints, monitoring the published UGC, reviewing account messages.

• Priority Checking: Complaints involving minors or CSAE are dealt with immediately, regardless of queue.

• CSAE Content Reports will be resolved within 24 hours of receipt.

5.3. Planned development of moderation systems

SunDate Inc. plans to consistently implement the following technical measures:

• Automatically scan uploaded images and videos using CSAM hashbases (such as PhotoDNA or similar solutions).

• Integration with NCMEC hash bases to proactively block known CSAM content at the download level.

• AI/ML tools for detecting potential CSAM content with subsequent manual verification.

6. COMPLAINT BUTTON AND RESPONSE PROCESS

TrooDee provides users with an accessible "Report" button on each piece of content (video tag, profile, comment, video request). Response process:

• The complaint is accepted and registered immediately; The user who filed the complaint receives a confirmation.

• Content that is reported on a CSAE basis is immediately (automatically or manually) removed from public access until the review is complete.

• The reported account may be temporarily restricted until the review is complete.

• Based on the results of the review: if the violation is confirmed, the content will be deleted, the account will be permanently suspended, and the data will be transferred to NCMEC and/or law enforcement agencies; If there is no violation, restore the content and functions of the account.

• Users can also send a complaint by e-mail: Admin@sundate.app

7. MANDATORY REPORTING TO NCMEC (USA)

As required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (PROTECT Our Children Act), SunDate Inc., as an electronic communications provider, is required and committed to:

• Immediately transmit to NCMEC CyberTipline any CSAM content detected on the TrooDee platform through the NCMEC electronic reporting system.

• Retain content and associated metadata (including IP addresses, timestamps, account data) for 90 days from discovery or until a law enforcement request, whichever is longer.

• Not notify users of reports sent to NCMEC or law enforcement.

• Cooperate with law enforcement agencies on legal requests (subpoena, court order, emergency requests) in the manner prescribed by applicable law.

For the EU: When CSAM content is detected, SunDate Inc. notifies the relevant national anti-CSAM and Hotline EU authorities (in accordance with applicable national requirements). We cooperate with the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and are ready to integrate with them.

8. ACCOUNT BLOCKING AND PERMANENT BAN LISTS

If CSAE-related violations are detected:

• The account is immediately and permanently blocked without the right to be restored.

• IP addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and other identifiers associated with the blocked account are added to the internal ban list to prevent re-registration.

• Account data and related content are retained for transmission to law enforcement agencies; Immediate deletion of data is not carried out until the interaction with law enforcement officers is completed.

• Information about known violators may be shared with other platforms in the Lifees ecosystem (SunDate, PUPSI) for the protection of users.

9. PROTECTION OF MINORS' DATA

TrooDee does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If it is discovered that the minor's data has been collected by mistake:

• All personal data of a minor is deleted as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date of discovery, unless it is required by law or a request from law enforcement agencies to retain it.

• The account is blocked immediately.

• The child's legal guardian has the right to send a request for deletion of data to the following address: Admin@sundate.app

10. TEAM TRAINING

All employees and contractors of SunDate Inc. who have access to users' UGC or participate in moderation processes:

• Are briefed on these standards before working with content.

• Are required to report suspicious content or behaviour immediately through internal channels (safety team).

• Are aware of the legal consequences of non-compliance with NCMEC reporting obligations.

• Have access to psychological support due to the potentially difficult nature of the content that may be associated with moderation work.

11. COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES

SunDate Inc. has a policy of full cooperation with U.S. and other law enforcement authorities with respect to investigations related to CSAE. These include:

• Prompt response to lawful requests (subpoena, court orders, emergency disclosure requests under 18 U.S.C. § 2702(b)(8)).

• To provide the requested data within the specified time limits in accordance with applicable law.

• Designation of a responsible person (Law Enforcement Liaison) to coordinate with law enforcement agencies. Contact: Admin@sundate.app

12. REVISION AND UPDATING OF STANDARDS

These standards are reviewed by SunDate Inc. at least once a year, as well as in the event of significant changes in the functionality of the platform, applicable law or the requirements of distribution platforms (App Store, Google Play). The current version is published on the TrooDee app website and in the app itself.
