1. ENTERING THE TROODEE USER WORLD
At the moment, this is the main version of this document. We, the team at SunDate Inc. and TrooDee, will try to set out all the rules of use (service) of our social network, social service and TrooDee mobile application as simply and concisely as possible.
Wherever you live, this agreement is currently between you and the TrooDee team and SunDate Inc. in general.

2. TROODEE TERMS OF SERVICE CONSENSUS
By downloading and registering in our app, i.e. by creating an account, you automatically agree to these TrooDee Terms of Service, as well as all other rules and regulations adopted by the TrooDee team and SunDate. All documents can be found on our website, which is indicated above.
We will try to make only those changes that will be for the benefit of both you and us, but do it as rarely as possible. We will endeavour to notify you of changes to this document and other documents through our service.
Of course, if you continue to use TrooDee after making changes to this or other documents, you automatically agree to those changes.
In general, there is nothing particularly difficult, use TrooDee with pleasure, prudently and with respect for other users, and just have fun, because each of us has only one life and you need to live it with a buzz.
3. LEGALITY OF TROODEE SERVICE
In order to use TrooDee, as we have mentioned many times in our other documents, you must first of all be at least eighteen years old. That is, by the standards of many countries, you must be of legal age. And by registering in our TrooDee app, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
TrooDee is not intended for anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances, including with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Given that TrooDee includes monetary transactions between users, public video content, and geolocation features, we do not make exceptions for minors. By registering and using this app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we determine that a user does not meet this age requirement, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or delete their account without notice and without any refund.
You must also have legal capacity, i.e. have the right to enter into legal contracts and be responsible for your actions, in particular with TrooDee. You must not be a person who, for any reason, has been prohibited by U.S. law or the laws of other countries from using our or other social networks or mobile services, or in general, gadgets and mobile applications.
You assume responsibility and obligation to comply with all norms and laws of the United States and other countries, local and international laws, as well as simply the customs of cultural communication and behavior.
You confirm that you are not a person who has been criminally prosecuted for sexual or other crimes of a violent, fraudulent, or other nature against others, and you do not need to register or register in any way because of such crimes.
But most importantly, you guarantee all of the above and are personally responsible for non-compliance with the above and below terms of this User Agreement.
4. LOGIN AND REGISTRATION IN TROODEE
After downloading our application, you need to register. After registration, you will be automatically logged in to the app and your account. Depending on where you downloaded the app, AppStore or Google Play, you will be able to quickly register using your Apple ID or Google ID, as well as simply using your email (Email).
The main thing to remember is that you are the only one responsible for the safety of your credentials that are used to log in to TrooDee, and only you are responsible for the actions that occur with your credentials.

5. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE USER, TERMINATION OF THE RELATIONSHIP
The TrooDee and SunDate team works every day to improve our service. We cannot notify you of all changes, so by using our application, you automatically agree and accept such changes.
If necessary or if you violate our rules, we have the right to block your account, and if necessary, delete it. You can also delete your account yourself, for this you just need to go to the application settings, find and click the "Delete account" button, and confirm the deletion. But we do our best to make sure that once you download our app, you stay with us forever.
As for shopping, at the moment everything is free, but in the future we plan to introduce in-app purchase options.
However, if you do delete your account, then in general, all agreements with TrooDee will terminate, except for those clauses that may affect our relationship even after you stop using our application. Clauses 5, 6, and clauses 13 to 20 of these TrooDee Terms of Service shall continue to apply.
6. YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER TROODEE USERS
This point is very important and we ask you to pay attention to it.
The TrooDee and SunDate team, for their part, are doing everything possible to ensure that the stay of users in our service is as pleasant and safe as possible. So the account is activated only after the user records and uploads the first live video directly in our application, which excludes fake accounts.
We remind you, and you warrant, that you will not share any personal, legal, financial, or other sensitive information with other users. We recommend that you do not communicate with users who will ask for such information or ask you for money or other financial assistance. Please notify us immediately about such users. Remember that you need to help people either through charitable fonts or only those whom you know personally, whose problems you know personally. Take care of yourself, your data and your money.
You are solely responsible for your relationship with other users, and you are solely responsible for your personal information. The TrooDee and SunDate team does not guarantee the fair behavior of other users, does not guarantee compatibility with them, because this is the personal choice of each user, does not check personal biography, criminal records, medical and psychological indicators.
However, with the help of all our tools, we try to make each user's stay in TrooDee as interesting, comfortable and efficient as possible.
7. TROODEE GIVES YOU THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS
The TrooDee team and SunDate grant you the right, which is also a license, to free, individual, non-exclusive, revocable use and access to the TrooDee service without a sublicense. These rights and license will allow you to enjoy using our product.
As part of this agreement, we provide you with not only rights, but also some restrictions in order to ensure your and our safety. So, below we give a number of restrictions, that is, within the framework of this agreement and license, it is prohibited:
- Use our TrooDee service, content or other information obtained within the service for any commercial purpose without our consent;
- use, duplicate, copy, transmit or perform any other actions with copyrighted marks, materials, images, pictures, animations, video materials, trade names, any proprietary information or text, any other intellectual property that can be found in TrooDee, without our prior consent;
- falsify any consent or statement of TrooDee;
- use any automated programs, namely use robots, bots, automated algorithms, scrapers and spiders, website crawlers, proxy servers, extract, index or perform other actions to recreate, copy, repeat the appearance of the UI/UX or internal algorithms of TrooDee, as well as perform any actions to circumvent or violate navigation algorithms and the system;
- perform any actions that may adversely affect the operation of TrooDee, both the operation of the application and the service itself, and the operation of the servers and network of our service;
- use viruses or any code that may harm TrooDee;
- copy or forge headers or other information, manipulate identifiers and disguise the origin of information obtained from TrooDee;
- without the permission of TrooDee, make a copy, "mirror or frame" of any part of this product;
- redirect any person from the TrooDee service to another website or service for any purpose, i.e. use meta tags, software code, or any device that contains links to TrooDee, our service, TrooDee trademarks, trademarks, logos, animations, slogans or service marks of TrooDee for such redirection;
- perform any actions aimed at disassembling any part of the TrooDee service, modifying, copying, adapting, translating, selling, sublicensing, reconstructing, deciphering, compiling or decompiling any part of our service, yourself or causing someone else to do so;
- develop and use programs or applications that are linked to or interact with TrooDee or other users' content, without the consent of the TrooDee team;
- use the TrooDee API or perform any actions with it without the consent of the TrooDee team;
- conduct research, scan, test or take any other actions aimed at finding vulnerabilities in our TrooDee product, servers, network or other systems (but if you nevertheless find a vulnerability in violation of these rules, we recommend that you contact us immediately);
- violate these "TrooDee Terms of Service" or push or encourage other people to do so.
In case of suspected violations, the TrooDee team has the legal right to take all necessary actions to identify such a violation and stop the violation, so we have the right to block or delete your account, or take any other legal action.
We also inform you that our product TrooDee or any other software that we provide to you can automatically download and install updates and new functionality. If you want to change this, you can do so through the settings menu on your smartphone.
8. TROODEE APPRECIATIVELY ACCEPTS THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS FROM YOU
By downloading and creating an account with TrooDee, you automatically transfer to the TrooDee team the following rights, namely a royalty-free, assignable, non-string right with the possibility of creating a sublicense and a license to host, use, store, make copies, display, adapt and edit, reproduce and publish, modify, distribute information that you contribute to the system or make available through third-party sites, as well as all information, that you publish, create, upload, display, or share with other followers. This right is exclusive only in the case and in relation to content created exclusively with the help of TrooDee. That is, the TrooDee team has exclusive rights to the content created within the service. Although we protect our users' information and content from being copied or downloaded, just in case, you grant us the right to act on your behalf regarding violations regarding the use of your content extracted from our service by third parties without your or our permission. We have the right to send notices on your behalf to violators of your and our rights. Our right and permission to use your content is used solely for the purpose of ensuring the operation and functioning of TrooDee, developing, modernizing the service, providing the best possible services, as well as for research purposes for the development of new products and applications.
You also authorize, by posting your content on TrooDee, that it can be viewed by all other users or other persons who view the service or participate in its development or operation, including persons who receive content as a transfer from other TrooDee users.
You solemnly swear and confirm that all the information you provide on our service is the pure truth and nothing but the truth, and that you have all legal rights to create and post content on TrooDee and have the right to grant us the above license and rights.
You give us the right and permission to review all information and content that you upload and create on TrooDee, as well as the right to remove or hide such content if it is, in our opinion, contrary to TrooDee's moral and ethical standards, laws or regulations in accordance with this agreement and other internal documents that you can find on our official website.
We ask that you observe the rules of decorum and friendly communication when you correspond or talk with our support team or other employees. We do our best to make your stay at TrooDee enjoyable, interesting and effective, so please treat our staff with respect. In the event that we deem your behavior unacceptable, we reserve the right to block your account or completely delete it from the TrooDee mobile application.
We give you the right and opportunity to use our service, and you agree that we, our partners and affiliates have the right to advertise on our service.
If you have any suggestions, comments or ideas and you send them to us, then we become their copyright holders and can use them for any purpose without paying you monetary or other compensation.
In the event that we receive a court order, or if it is necessary to create conditions for the performance of this agreement, or to enforce a claim that your content violates the rights of third parties, to respond to your support request, or to protect and ensure any rights or personal safety of the TrooDee and SunDate team, or in general the company and our product, or third parties, We may receive, disclose, or store information about your account and content if we believe that such acquisition, retention, and disclosure is lawful and for the benefit of the parties.
9. TROODEE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Our rules are strict, but they exist to make your stay at TrooDee comfortable, fun and efficient. So, we need to introduce a number of restrictions for all users to ensure the harmony of the world of TrooDee and SunDate.
As soon as you download the TrooDee mobile app and register, you automatically agree that you are prohibited from:
- use or use our application for purposes other than those indicated, i.e. for purposes that are prohibited by these terms of use;
- use or use our application with malicious intent, for criminal purposes, or to the detriment of other people and users;
- use or use our application to harm or damage the team and SunDate Inc. as a whole;
- perform any actions that violate all our public documents, which you, by downloading and registering in TrooDee, automatically agree and which you can find on our official website;
- in any way send spam to other users, ask them for money or other valuables, ask for personal information that relates to finances, insurance, business or other especially personal matters;
- pretend to be another person, tell lies about yourself, publish videos with other people against their will and without their consent;
- perform any actions that may harm other users, both psychologically and physically, namely, bullying, insulting, harassing, threatening or humiliating other users, as well as disseminating false, defamatory and offensive information about them;
- create and post video, photo content that violates the rights of other people, including the right of privacy, copyright and related rights, intellectual property rights, trademark or patent rights, and any other rights that arise from this agreement;
- create and post video, photo, content with threats, insults, with calls inciting hatred or violence;
- create and post video photo content of a sexual and pornographic nature, video photos with nudity, video photos with scenes of violence against yourself or other people;
- create and post video and photo content with elements of racism, hatred, intolerance, sexism, and other unfriendly and anti-human elements, including physical threats;
- Solicit or otherwise attempt to obtain financial or other personal data and attempt to use it for your own mercenary, commercial or other unlawful purposes;
- distribute other users' personal information, personal data, or any other information that other users have entrusted to you without their permission;
- Create more than one account, use another user's account, allow other users to use your account, or create a new account after we have blocked and/or deleted your previous account for any reason and you have not received permission from us to create a new account.
The TrooDee and SunDate team has the absolute and full right to investigate and, as a result, block and terminate your account without material refund of the cost of any purchases you have previously made, or compensation for moral or other damages, if you have violated these TrooDee Terms of Service, or our other public documents, or abuse our service, or the TrooDee team has found out and decided that your conduct, your actions and communications towards other users within or outside the TrooDee world are in a manner that violates the law and is simply unacceptable and immoral.
Be polite to each other, be tolerant and kind to each other, be forgiving and respectful to each other, because by respecting other people, you also show that you respect yourself, which means that you are worthy of attention, trust and a good reputation in the TrooDee community.
10. LIABILITY FOR CONTENT IN TROODEE
The content that is created and uploaded to TrooDee is the sole responsibility of the user who uploaded the content. We review and, if necessary, remove content that does not comply with the terms of these TrooDee Terms of Service, however, we cannot guarantee that we have been able to remove all such content and that the remaining content complies with these TrooDee Terms of Service. In the event that you see content that violates these TrooDee Terms of Service, you can immediately report and complain about this content and user using the quick "complaint" button, we will immediately investigate your complaint and take appropriate action. We also ask you to report such inappropriate content or behavior of another user to us in any way convenient for you, for example, by email or through our service.
10.1. TROODEE MARKETPLACE: MAPAJOB, LIFEESJOB, BID AUCTION AND SETTLEMENTS BETWEEN USERS
TrooDee provides you with a technological platform and tools (MapaJob video tags, LifeesJob feed, bid auction and feedback system, search filters, chats) so that Customers and Vendors can find each other. TrooDee is not an employer, employment agency, party to the transaction or guarantor of the performance of any tasks. Any agreements on the performance of work, terms, price and form of payment are concluded exclusively between the Customer and the Contractor directly, at their own risk and responsibility.
To date, all settlements between the Customer and the Contractor (bank transfer, cryptocurrency, p2p transfer or any other method they agree on) take place directly between users, outside the TrooDee application. TrooDee does not act as a payment intermediary, escrow agent or guarantor of payment, does not store or transfer funds between users and is not responsible for non-fulfillment, incomplete or improper execution of payment by any of the parties, for fraudulent actions of users, for disputes about the quality, timing or cost of the work performed. All tax and other liability related to such payments lies solely with the Customer and the Contractor.
In the future, we may offer the ability to make payments directly through TrooDee, including the deduction of platform fees for such transactions and for additional services. If and when this happens, we will notify users in advance and publish separate terms and conditions for making payments through the service, which will become part of this agreement.
Bid Auction in MapaJob and LifeesJob modes allows the Customer to view all video applications from the Contractors and independently choose the most suitable one at their discretion. TrooDee does not check the qualifications, reputation, criminal record, solvency of Contractors or Customers, does not guarantee the good faith of the parties and is not responsible for the choice made by the Client, or for the quality, safety and legality of the work performed. Reviews are published only after confirmed bids and must reflect the user's real experience; Fake or paid reviews are prohibited.
Users of TrooDee are not employees, workers, agents or independent contractors of SunDate Inc. By using the MapaJob, LifeesJob regimes and entering into agreements with other users, you are acting as an independent person or entity and are solely responsible for compliance with the labor, tax and other applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
11. SHOPPING AT TROODEE
From time to time, the TrooDee and SunDate team may offer you to make purchases within our service, i.e. to purchase a product or service, hereinafter referred to as "Purchases". You can make purchases through the App Store, Google Play Store, mobile carrier, TrooDee payment service, and any other payment service or platform that works with TrooDee. In order to make a purchase, you need to confirm the payment by pre-selecting the payment method and operator for payment. Upon payment confirmation, you give the TrooDee and SunDate team and the payment processor your permission to charge the corresponding amount. The amount of payment includes all commissions and taxes.
At TrooDee, we offer you both one-time purchases of certain additional features and subscriptions. When you purchase a product under a subscription, if the subscription expires, the subscription automatically renews under the same terms for the same period, unless you cancel it. This is how your payment data is stored for your future purchases and automatic renewal of purchases. Accordingly, you can go to your TrooDee settings or third-party payment system settings and cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription and pay automatically with your card, you will be charged the fees you are due at that time.
If you do not agree with a payment that has already been made, you can contact us and object to the payment if it was made directly to TrooDee. You can also contact a third-party service to dispute the payment if the payment was made through it.
In order to cancel your subscription, you need to follow the instructions to cancel your subscription with both TrooDee and the third-party payment provider. If you delete your account or delete the TrooDee app, your subscription will continue and you will be automatically charged until you cancel your subscription. After cancellation, the subscription continues exactly for the period for which it was paid for and terminates at the end of the subscription period. That is, you can safely use the benefits of the subscription until its expiration and then you will not be charged.
When sending payments directly through TrooDee, we have the right to change payment details and/or correct errors in payment details, even after a payment request has been submitted or payment has been received. If you cancel a payment or initiate a refund using your chosen payment method, we have the right to terminate your account.
You can change your payment method at any time when purchases and payments are enabled in the Settings section of TrooDee. In the event that the payment does not go through in any way, and you do not cancel your subscription or change the payment method, then you are responsible for the outstanding payments and such payments will be made by us after you make changes to the payment method. You also give us the right to receive updated information about your credit card from the card issuer.
In addition, we may create virtual items and coins that you can purchase and use within our TrooDee service to exchange for additional features and other products, or for other purposes that we provide and make available for use within the TrooDee service. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-assignable right to use them, which is also a non-sublicensable license. The balance of virtual items or coins is a simple representation of the scope of your rights and your license. If we terminate your account, we will automatically terminate your license for virtual items and coins and you will not be entitled to a refund. We can change the cost of virtual items and coins, distribute them for a fee and for free, as bonuses. We have the right to perform any actions in relation to virtual items and coins without your consent. In doing so, we will not be liable to you or others. If you have purchased and received virtual items or coins through our TrooDee service, then such purchase is final and is not subject to refund, compensation. You also confirm that the TrooDee team and SunDate Inc. are not obliged to compensate you for the cost of virtual items and coins, or in any other way return their value if your account has been voluntarily, involuntarily or in any other way closed, blocked and/or deleted.
As for refunds, no purchases will be compensated. Also, as we mentioned earlier, the funds you spent on the purchase of a subscription are not refundable if you cancel or close your account. Refunds are only possible if expressly provided for in the laws of your country and if such a request is received within fourteen days from the date of payment. The request will be considered by us and a decision will be made on it.
For example, under the laws of the European Union and the European Economic Area, residents are entitled to such a refund of the subscription fee within fourteen days, upon application. This period begins when the subscription begins.
If you made purchases through or using your Apple ID and App Store by Apple Inc and not TrooDee, your refund will be processed through that service to Apple Inc.
If you made purchases through or using Google ID (Google Play Store), then refunds will be processed through this service of Google LLC.
If the purchases were made directly through TrooDee, then you can contact us directly via email by contacting customer service, respecting the above deadlines and the laws of your country.
The funds will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made.
If you made a purchase through any other payment platform, then you will have to contact the support service of this platform directly.
Purchases of virtual items and coins (tokens) are final and are non-refundable and non-refundable.
The TrooDee team reserves the right to apply any pricing policy at its discretion. Taking into account the fact that we are expanding our activities around the world, prices may vary depending on the country of operation of our service. However, we will try to ensure that our pricing policy fully satisfies you and for a reasonable price you receive the highest level of service.
12. TROODEE COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT SETTLEMENT
If you believe that your copyright or the copyright of the person or organization you represent has been infringed, please contact us immediately in any way convenient for you.
We can be contacted through social media or email, which are listed on our official website.
As part of our cooperation to remove copyright infringement, we ask you to provide us with the following information: type of copyright, copyright owner, proof of authority, description of the infringement, and location of the copyright infringement on our service. You will be required to make a written statement, in which you will also have to confirm that the copyright holder has not given his permission to use the subject of copyright, that all specified information is true and that you are the legal owner of the copyright or the legal representative of the owner. You will also be required to provide your contact details and the contact details of the copyright holder.
For our part, we guarantee maximum assistance in the restoration of your copyright. In the event of a repeat violation, we will delete the account that committed the violation.
13. DISCLAIMER OF ANY LIABILITY BY TROODEE
TrooDee and SunDate Inc. provide the service as it is, in all its beauty and with all its flaws. The TrooDee and SunDate Inc. team tries to bring the service into compliance with applicable laws as much as possible, but does not guarantee it. TrooDee and SunDate Inc. do not make any warranties regarding the service and its suitability for anything, in particular does not give any guarantees of quality, commercial or other value, fitness for any purpose, or non-infringement. TrooDee and SunDate Inc. make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, safe or error-free, or free of glitches and defects, does not guarantee that defects and errors will be corrected, but we will try to do so. TrooDee and SunDate Inc. do not guarantee that the information you receive on the service is true or accurate.
With respect to content, TrooDee and SunDate Inc. are not responsible for any content that you, other users, or third parties post to our service, upload, view, or access using our service.
You are solely responsible for the consequences after uploading, viewing or posting content on our service, and perform any other actions with the content at your own risk.
14. THIRD-PARTY ENGAGEMENT AND SERVICES
TrooDee may contain advertisements or advertisements from third parties, they may offer you their products or services, however, we are not responsible for the availability and quality of such products or services, or the integrity of these third parties. TrooDee is not responsible for the availability, unavailability or correctness of external sites and resources that are offered to you by third parties. In the event that you, while in our service, decide to interact with such third parties, then we are not responsible for the actions of such persons and your relationship with them is regulated by the internal documents of such parties.
We ask you to be careful about interaction with third parties and study the terms of use of third parties.
15. LIMITATION OF TROODEE'S LIABILITY
The TrooDee team and SunDate Inc. in accordance with applicable local, federal and international laws, as well as its employees, affiliates, partners, affiliates, licensors or third-party service providers SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any damages, such as indirect, consequential, consequential or incidental, punitive or special damages, any loss of profits or loss, loss of data and information, for damage to your reputation, health or any other damage, or any other intangible loss, incurred as a result of you accessing or using, or failing to use or access, the TrooDee service, as a result of other subscribers or third parties posting certain content or performing any other actions related to our service, as a result of illegally accessing, using, copying or modifying your content, even if the team of TrooDee and SunDate Inc. knew or could have been aware of the possibility of such losses and damages. SunDate Inc.'s liability in any event shall not exceed the value and amount you have paid for our service.
The above limitations of our liability apply only if they do not expressly conflict with the applicable laws of a particular jurisdiction.
If there are any complaints, we are always happy to settle them amicably and with the utmost care for our customers, our users, and our family.
16. ARBITRATION CLAUSE
Dear users, this is a very important clause of these TrooDee Terms of Use and we ask you to read it carefully. By downloading our service and starting to use TrooDee, you automatically agree to this Arbitration Clause.
We are a young team that tries our best to make TrooDee as comfortable, interesting, fun, efficient and most importantly safe as possible for all users. We are not immune to mistakes and if you believe that we have somehow violated your rights and legitimate interests, and you have a desire to restore them, then before contacting lawyers and the court, we ask you to contact us through social networks or the e-mail indicated on our official website:

You and we undertake to use our best efforts to amicably resolve any issue or conflict that arises and before resorting to legal proceedings, you undertake to contact us and try to resolve the conflict amicably.
If it is not possible to settle amicably, then this arbitration clause applies.
For all disputes in all jurisdictions where this arbitration clause applies, any dispute that arises shall be brought before the JAMS Arbitration, Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Center in accordance with their Arbitration Rules, subject to all requirements of this clause.
Disputes in this arbitration will be heard by a single arbitrator selected from the JAMS list of arbitrators. JAMS provides arbitration, but does not conduct it. You and we waive oral hearings, so the arbitrator can make his decision based on written testimony and evidence. After the decision is made, SunDate Inc. has the right to file a counterclaim or appeal.
You also agree not to participate in, support, or be a party to any class actions, class arbitrations, or other representative actions, processes, or activities against SunDate Inc.
You also waive your right to go to court to bring a claim or action, except if the matter falls within the jurisdiction of a small claims court. As previously stated, you are also waiving the right to participate in class actions and other class actions.
In the event that the case cannot be brought in small claims court or JAMS arbitration, or if this arbitration clause is found invalid, then any legal proceeding against SunDate Inc. may be commenced only in the U.S. federal or state courts located in Kent County, Delaware. You irrevocably acknowledge and agree to the jurisdiction of these courts.
17. GOVERNING LAW
The applicable law for all jurisdictions shall be the laws and laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., excluding the conflict of laws principles and rules of the State of Delaware.
18. PLACE OF CONSIDERATION OF DISPUTES AND CLAIMS
As previously mentioned, all disputes must be heard in JAMS, if this is not possible for some lawful reason, then disputes must be heard in small claims court, if this is not possible for legitimate reasons, then all disputes must be heard exclusively in the federal courts or the courts of Kent County, Delaware. You and SunDate Inc. consent to the jurisdiction of the foregoing courts and waive the claim that there is no close relationship between the venue and the dispute itself.
For users residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area, as well as in other countries outside the United States, including our home country of our project, our beloved Ukraine, this arbitration clause also applies to you, unless it directly conflicts with your local and international consumer protection laws. In the event that this arbitration clause does not apply to you and is found to be invalid, then international consumer protection law and other applicable international law, including your local law, will apply, unless it conflicts with international law.
19. WARRANTIES ON THE PART OF THE USER
You agree to indemnify and hold SunDate Inc., our partners and affiliates, their and our employees and officers, directors, agents harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, and liabilities, and indemnify and hold harmless any losses, costs, damages, expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the TrooDee service, your content, or any violation by you of these TrooDee Terms of Service.
20. MISCELLANEOUS
These TrooDee Terms of Service, as a legal agreement, also include: the TrooDee Privacy Policy, the SunDate World Code of Conduct, and any other terms and agreements open and available to you, agreed with you when purchasing or receiving additional features, services and other products within our service, and in general, all of the above documents constitute a valid agreement and contract between you and the company SunDate Inc. regarding the use of our service.
In the event that any part of this agreement or other above documents is declared invalid, then only the part that is recognized as invalid loses force, and the rest of the agreement and documents remain valid and have legal force.
If for some reason we once decide not to apply this or that provision of this agreement or any of our rights, this does not mean that they lose their force. Such provisions, rules and rights may be applied by us at our discretion in the future.
You agree that your TrooDee account is exclusively yours and is not transferable to others under any circumstances and in the event of your death, the rights to your account, content and other information in it will terminate.
You may not act on behalf of TrooDee and SunDate Inc., make representations on our behalf, or make any undertakings on behalf of TrooDee and SunDate Inc.
Also, this agreement and the other above documents do not create any joint ventures, any employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary or any other relationship.
