SunDate team takes all measures for the safety of employees and users, as well as against any sexual abuse of adults and children, against any exploitation of adults or children, and therefore sets the following standards below:
Clause 1: Under no circumstances shall any physical, sexual or psychological violence, including violence, caused by power relations or manipulation by adults or others.
Clause 2: Any form of sexual exploitation of children, including forced prostitution, production or distribution of child pornography, is prohibited.
Clause 3: Any incident of sexual abuse or exploitation of children must be immediately reported to the relevant authorities for investigation.
Clause 4: All employees, volunteers, and contractors must complete mandatory child protection training and have a clear understanding of the organization's CSAE policies.
Clause 5: Children who are victims of violence or exploitation should be provided with psychological assistance, as well as access to health services and legal support.
Clause 6: Confidentiality and safety should be ensured for children who report cases of violence.
Clause 7: Regular audits of the activities of the organization or project to ensure that there are no cases of sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Clause 8: All new partners and contractors must sign agreements to comply with child protection standards.
Clause 9: Clear sanctions are established for individuals who violate CSAE policies, including dismissal, termination of cooperation, or legal action.
Clause 10: The organization should establish a reporting system where children and adults can confidentially report cases of abuse or exploitation.
APPENDIX A: CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION PROTECTION POLICY
1.1. The Organization strictly prohibits any form of sexual abuse and exploitation of children in any of its activities, programs or cooperation with other partners.
1.2. "Sexual abuse" means any physical or psychological pressure on a child of a sexual nature.
1.3. "Exploitation" means the use of a child for sexual or other selfish purposes (including pornography, prostitution, human trafficking).
2.1. No employee, contractor or volunteer has the right to involve children in any form of sexual activity or exploitation.
2.2. All forms of child pornography, including online pornography, are prohibited and will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
2.3. Children participating in the organization's programs or activities must be protected from any sexual harassment, including physical or verbal abuse.
3.1. All employees of the organization undergo mandatory training on the protection of children from sexual abuse and exploitation.
3.2. Each employee must sign an agreement in which he undertakes to comply with the child protection policy.
3.3. Children and parents must be informed about their rights and channels for reporting violations.
4.1. In case of suspected sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, any incident must be immediately reported to the management and the relevant authorities.
4.2. In case of confirmation of the facts of violence or exploitation, the violator will be immediately dismissed or suspended from the performance of duties, and criminal proceedings will be initiated.
4.3. All cases of violation of this policy must be documented and affected children must receive appropriate assistance.
5.1. The Organization undertakes to provide the affected children with psychological assistance, medical examination and legal support.
5.2. The organization also ensures that the child receives privacy and security during all processes.
6.1. The Organization undertakes to cooperate with other institutions working in the field of protection of children's rights in order to provide the best conditions for their safety.
6.2. All partners must adhere to the same CSAE standards and policies.
7.1. Internal audits will be conducted regularly to assess the effectiveness of child protection policies and ensure compliance.
7.2. Also, the organization must respond to external audits from authorities or independent auditors.
8.1. All employees and volunteers of the organization are individually responsible for compliance with this policy.
8.2. Responsibility for the implementation of the CSAE policy rests with the management of the organization, which must provide appropriate conditions for the implementation of protection measures.
